Scope/Coverage

The journal publishes a range of high quality papers including conceptual and empirical, as well as case studies, literature reviews and book reviews relevant to Services Management. Submissions are expected to integrate services management theory with practical examples from the service industry. Both quantitative and qualitative approaches are welcomed. All articles will undergo initial editor screening and double-blind peer review from two anonymous referees. The final decision will be made by the journal’s editor in case of disagreement of the two reviewers.

One of the key objectives of the journal is to focus on the organization and management of services in order to stimulate and maintain the performance of the service sector, and to improve and maintain the quality of customer service (for all sectors of the economy) and quality life. The scope of this international journal (IRSMJ) includes the Organization and Management of Services offered by Public, Private, Non-Profit and Non-Government sector and are relevant to issues of organization and Management of sport, education, culture, local government, tourism, health, public administration and quality of life.
